Where we are and what you need to bring
We’ll have discussions before we meet up to agree where we’re going and where we’ll meet up. We’re based in Aberfoyle so the routes are mostly close by in the Achray Forest but we’ll go wherever you want to bike.
You need to bring:
- Appropriate clothing for cycling and the weather, such as sunglasses, suncream, midge repellent, waterproofs, gloves (for warmth or to protect your fingers), etc
Food and drink for the session plus a rucksack or bumbag you can carry it in (carbohydrates such as bread, cereals, bananas and other fruit are good for long term energy; keep sugar-based food to a minimum, perhaps the treat for the end of the day)
